A True Hidden Gem – A Must-Try for Steak Lovers! Talk about a hidden gem in Pasco! As a true connoisseur of steaks, I can confidently say this is one of the best places I’ve ever dined at. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a late-night spot to eat past 10 PM. That’s when I stumbled upon this place—and wow, what a surprise! When I saw over 200 five-star reviews, I thought, No way, this can’t be real. A restaurant that has been in business for over 5 years and maintains nearly a perfect rating? There had to be something special about it. And let me tell you, the moment I took my first bite, I got it. The quality, the flavor, the passion in every dish—it all makes sense. On my first visit, I ordered the ribeye, and it was so good it made me want to slap my mama! (Of course, I never would—but that’s how amazing it was.) The very next day, I came back for the lamb chops. Now, I’ve never been a big fan of lamb, but the way the chef prepares them? Unreal. I’ve already had them four times this month! One night, I called an hour before closing, and the chef told me he was sold out of everything except a filet. Normally, I never order filets at restaurants, but I took a chance—and I finished it in one sitting. It was that good. If you’re a steak lover, I’m telling you—this place is a must. The chef truly cooks with love and takes immense pride in every dish. That combination is rare these days, and it’s exactly why I’ll keep coming back again and again. Five stars isn’t enough for this place. Do yourself a favor and try it—you won’t be disappointed!

Omg! 100000000000... stars!!!! The food was delicious. Beautifully seasoned and great sized portions. The prices were reasonable and the quality was top tier. The chef patiently explained all the dishes and gave honest recommendations. Amazing customer service and not a long wait time. This was probably one of best meals I’ve had in a long time. This place is AMAZING! Me and my husband came here after looking for a good place to eat out late that isnt a fast food chain after a late bike ride and found this gem. I've lived here 3 years and sadly never knew of it. We had the burger with side of mash and also the salmon with mash and asparagus. The owner/cook is an amazing man and stays busy with all the phone orders/pickups. The burger was grilled just how i asked and so juicy and loaded with veggies, sauce and the cheese which was just delicious, probably one of the best burgers I've had! The salmon was crispy and juicy and my husband inhaled it i barely could try a bite it was so good. And the mash... wit the garlic butter on top was heaven in one bite. He also gave us a complimentary cheesecake which was also very yummy. I actually wanted to order the mac and cheese with i think it was with lobster im not sure, but they only serve that on Fridays and Saturdays as a special so i will be coming back here religiously now! There isnt much seating just a table to the side of the truck but the food is so so sooo worth it)))!!! So if you want some delicious food GO HERE!

Let’s start out that I never expected to get a gourmet meal out of a food truck anytime during the week. This lil stop and go is perfect especially after you were in Bare Assets. I ate there twice just to see if it hit the spot the second time and buddy it sure did! So far I have had the ribeye which was cooked perfect along with the mash potatoes and asparagus which was also made to my liking. Great seasoning and the next day I decided to go for the lamb lollipop and it did not disappoint! Even if you’re just driving by I suggest you stop and grab a bite!

Best food truck ever! Filet was buttery tender and lamb chops were spectacular. Asparagus was crisp and perfect. Cheesecake was awesome. Will be back and bring friends. Thanks for a great meal at the end of a crappy day, brother. We ate too fast to get a good picture. Delicious.

This place is open late, offers gourmet food, and is a food truck!! All the reviews took me here and the food did not disappoint. I had lamb chops in multiple very expensive fine dining restaurants and this was still hands down the best I have had. Cooked medium rare to perfection with broccolini and potatoes. The menu is delectable, we also tried the blackened salmon, shrimp skewers and lobster Mac and cheese. All good was . Now you would think a place with such amazing food wouldn’t have great dessert, well you are wrong. New York style cheesecake is made in house. We tried the turtle (chocolate) cheesecake and one with berries. The cheesecake melts in your mouth and makes Cheesecake Factory or any other expensive restaurants look like a joke. Go now and you will not regret it.
